Families can choose from four different designs, including personalized options featuring your child’s name.

OPES PTO X DEFEND THE FATHERLESS

OPES PTO is proud to support our local community with a Spring Pajama Drive benefiting Defend the Fatherless, a Fort Mill non-profit serving foster, adoptive, and kinship families in York County.

 

📅 Collection Dates:
Now through May 1

 

🛍️ How to Participate:
Each student is encouraged to donate one new pair of spring pajamas in their size. These items will go directly to children in foster care in our community.

 

📍 Drop-Off Location:
A labeled collection box will be available in the school lobby.

This is a simple way for our students to give back and make a meaningful difference for children right here in our community.

The Knights will take on the Gwinnett Stripers, and OPES families will be seated together near 3rd base (Section 117) — a great view close to the action.

 

🎆 Stay after the game for Friday night fireworks

LITERACY PICNIC 🧺

The OPES Literacy Picnic will take place on Wednesday, May 6 at the ASC Greenway.

 

We’re sharing an opportunity for parent volunteers to support the OPES tent during the event. Volunteers will assist with activities, engage with students and families, and help create a fun and welcoming environment. Teachers and administrators will be present throughout the event.

We’re giving families an early heads up this year!

 

Spirit Rock reservations for the 2026–2027 school year will open on July 6 at 9:00 AM.

 

Reservations are first come, first served and tend to go quickly, so we encourage you to plan ahead and mark your calendar.

 

Reservations will be available right here, on the PTO website when sales go live.
