Every Family Sponsorship helps fund classroom resources, educational programs, technology, teacher appreciation, student enrichment, playground improvements, and more throughout the school year.

⏰ FAMILY SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE
To be included in the 2026–2027 PTO website, OPES Yearbook, Family Sponsor Recognition Display where applicable, and other printed recognition materials, please complete your Family Sponsorship by Friday, September 4, 2026.
Family Sponsorships and donations are always appreciated throughout the school year, but recognition opportunities may vary after the deadline.
Credit card payments are subject to a $3 processing fee. Family Sponsorship donations are 100% tax deductible.
📸 FAMILY SPONSOR RECOGNITION DETAILS
Social media recognition varies by sponsorship level:
Eagle Supporter: Family name included in OPES PTO Family Sponsor recognition posts.
Eagle Champion: Family name, optional family photo, and selected favorite OPES tradition or event may be featured with other Eagle Champion families in a shared social media spotlight.
Eagle Legacy Family: Dedicated Family Sponsor Spotlight featuring your optional family photo and information submitted during checkout.
Optional Family Photos: Eagle Champion and Eagle Legacy families who would like a photo included in their recognition may email a high-quality JPG or PNG to opespto@gmail.com with the subject line:
Family Sponsor Photo – [Your Family Name]
Photos are optional and will only be used for OPES PTO Family Sponsor recognition. Please submit a photo that you have permission to share publicly. Social media tagging will only be used when a family provides its Instagram and/or Facebook information during checkout.

🦅 EAGLE FRIEND — $50
A meaningful way to show your family’s support for OPES.

🤍 EAGLE SUPPORTER — $150
Everything included with Eagle Friend, plus:
- Recognition in the OPES Yearbook
- Supporter Family Sponsor recognition on OPES PTO social media

EAGLE CHAMPION — $300
Everything included with Eagle Supporter, plus:
- Reserved VIP Fun Run viewing area for your immediate family
- Featured Champion Family Sponsor recognition on the OPES PTO website
- Featured in a shared Champion Family Spotlight on social media
- Recognition in the Eagle Express newsletter
- Highlighted recognition on the OPES Family Sponsor Recognition Display

EAGLE LEGACY FAMILY — $500
Everything included with Eagle Champion, plus:
- Priority access to reserve one complimentary Spirit Rock date for the following school year
- Complimentary admission for your immediate family to all OPES PTO ticketed events during the 2026–2027 school year
- Invitation to the Legacy Sponsor Appreciation Breakfast
- Recognition in the Legacy Family section of the OPES PTO website
- Dedicated Legacy Family Sponsor Spotlight on OPES PTO social media
- Featured recognition in the Eagle Express newsletter
- Premier recognition on the OPES Family Sponsor Recognition Display
Spirit Rock painting is not included. Legacy families will be contacted before Spirit Rock reservations open next summer. Event details and RSVP instructions will be sent to the email address provided with the sponsorship before each eligible OPES PTO ticketed event.
☕ EAGLE HOSPITALITY SPONSORSHIP — $200
Sponsor one monthly Teacher Hospitality Cart and share your family’s encouragement with OPES teachers and staff.
- Family Sponsor recognition for one month
- Family name displayed on the monthly Hospitality Cart
- Recognition on the OPES PTO website and social media
- Optional opportunity to help deliver and host the sponsored Hospitality Cart
- May be shared with other OPES families

Eagle Hospitality Sponsorships are limited to 10 for the 2026–2027 school year and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Optional Family Sponsor Recognition Badges
After choosing a Family Sponsorship above, you may add one or more optional Recognition Badges to celebrate the areas of OPES your family is most passionate about supporting.
RECOGNITION BADGES ARE SPONSORSHIP ADD-ONS
Recognition Badges may only be purchased with an Eagle Friend, Eagle Supporter, Eagle Champion, Eagle Legacy Family, or Eagle Hospitality Sponsorship.
Your badge or badges will appear next to your family’s name wherever your purchased sponsorship level includes recognition , including the PTO website, social media, OPES Yearbook, and Family Sponsor Recognition Display where applicable.
Badges celebrate the area of OPES your family is especially passionate about supporting. They do not designate or restrict how your donation is spent. All Family Sponsorship and Recognition Badge donations support the overall mission of the OPES PTO and are invested where they can make the greatest impact across our school community.
🍎 Teacher Advocate — $50: Supports teacher grants and classroom supplies.
📖 Student Success Champion — $50: Supports enrichment programs and student experiences.
🎵 Related Arts Advocate — $25: Supports Art, Music, PE, Media, and Counseling.
⚽ Playground Partner — $25: Supports recess equipment and outdoor play.
💙 Preschool Pioneer — $25: Supports Preschool classroom resources.
Recognition Badges require the purchase of a Family Sponsorship. Badge orders submitted without a qualifying sponsorship may be canceled and refunded.
