Spirit Rock reservations for the 2026–2027 school year are now available! Celebrate birthdays, milestones, accomplishments, school spirit, well-wishes, and more with the OPES Spirit Rock located at the main entrance of Orchard Park Elementary.

Weekend reservations are now available!

Families may now reserve the Spirit Rock on:

Weekdays
Weekends
Most school holidays and teacher workdays

⏰ Reservations begin at 4:00 PM the day BEFORE your reserved date.

Examples:

Monday reservation → Begin painting Sunday at 4:00 PM
Saturday reservation → Begin painting Friday at 4:00 PM

⚠️ Some PTO, school event, and major holiday break dates remain unavailable throughout the school year.

Please make sure you:

Have an active Membership Toolkit account.
Are logged in before reserving.
Update your family and student information for the current school year.

If you are not logged in, the system will not allow checkout.

To update your information:

Click "Click here if you are trying to update your directory information."

🚫 Spirit Rock Reminder

Please do not attach decorations, tape, glue, paper, balloons, or wrapping materials to the rock. These items damage the surface and create additional cleanup for the next family.
