Spirit Rock reservations for the 2026–2027 school year are now available!

Celebrate birthdays, milestones, accomplishments, school spirit, well-wishes, and other special occasions with the OPES Spirit Rock at the main entrance of Orchard Park Elementary.

Weekend reservations are now available!

Families may reserve the Spirit Rock on weekdays, weekends, and most school holidays and teacher workdays.

⏰ Your reservation begins at 4:00 PM on the day before your reserved date.

Monday Reservation
Begin painting Sunday at 4:00 PM

Saturday Reservation
Begin painting Friday at 4:00 PM

⚠️ Some PTO events, school events, and major holiday-break dates remain unavailable.

✅ Have an active Membership Toolkit account.
✅ Log in before beginning your reservation.
✅ Update your family and student information for the current school year.

If you are not logged in, the system will not allow you to complete checkout.

To update your information:

1. Log in to your Membership Toolkit account.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Select “Click here if you are trying to update your directory information.”

Please do not attach decorations, tape, glue, paper, balloons, wrapping materials, or other items to the rock. These materials can damage the surface and create extra cleanup for the next family.
